Professor Sabine Fiedler

Sabine Fiedler holds a Ph.D. in English linguistics from the University of Leipzig and a second degree (Habilitation) in general linguistics. Her research interests include phraseology, interlinguistics & esperantology, comics, translation, lingua franca communication, and language policy.

Sabine was invited to give the 2016 Buchanan lecture at the University of Liverpool.
